dengan menggunakan metode Recovery menu, Biasanya masalah sepele tersebut dapat di selesaikan hanya dengan menformat HP saja, jika dengan factory reset problem masih tetap ada silahkan lanjutkan membaca tutorial ini.

Persiapan bahan untuk Flashing Samsung Galaxy J2 PRIME :

Driver :

Tool Flasher Odin V3.12 :

Aplikasi windows berfungsi untuk mengextract file Firmware dan di masukan ke dalam HP.
Firmware Samsung J2 SM-G532G :

Cara Flashing Samsung J2 PRIME 4G Melalui bantuan Flasher Odin :
Extract Firmware, Driver dan Juga Odin yang sudah di download kemudian simpan di desktop agar lebih mudah mengkases file tersebut.
Install Driver – Seperti biasa langkah pertama yang harus kalian lakukan ialah menginstall driver yang sudah saya sediakan di atas. Driver sangat penting sekali Odin bisa mendeteksi keberadaan Hp J2 yang nanti akan kita Flash.
Pindah HP ke mode download – caranya tekan dan tahan ‘Volume bawah + Home’ ikuti dengan menekan tombol Power sampai masuk kemenu Download.
Tekan Volume atas untuk mengkonfirmasi melanjutkan ke menu download.
Buka Odin – Jalankan aplikasi odin yang sudah di download terlebih dulu.
Hubungkan J2 Prime ke Komputer, Seharusnya aplikasi odin sudah dapat mendeteksi adanya perangkat J2 Prime terhubung karena sudah kita setting masuk ke download mode pada Step no 3.
Klik menu ‘AP / PDA dan pilih AP_G532GDXU1APJ7_CL9387420_QB11347255_REV00_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar  Firmware yang sudah kita extract di desktop, Tunggu beberapa detik hingga Odin dapat menganalisa kesempurnaan part dan bagian file Firmware / ROM J2 Prime tersebut.
Klik Star maka otomatis flashing akan segera berjalan.
Tunggu hingga proses flashing selesai dan Odin menampilkan Log PASS berwarna hijau, ini biasanya memerlukan waktu hingga beberapa menit.
HP restar dan proses Flashing Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime ini selesai.
